Mushuau Innu Natuashish School (MINS) educates over 300 First Nations students from Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 12. The school joined MTIE in 2009 and is currently run by 65 administrators, staff, and educators. The education at MINS focuses on social-emotional learning, building rapport, and embedding Innu culture and Innu-aimun (language) into instruction.
