Katie Rich, our community director of education for Natuashish, accepts a very generous donation from Max Penashue and Pennecon. Mr. Penashue's company donated $25,000 to our school board to supplement our school breakfast program. MTIE is very grateful. Thank you Pennecon, and thanks Max!
A crowd begins to gather at the Mushuau Innu Natuashish School gym ahead of this year's first parent - teacher meetings. By all accounts, this year's first meeting was a tremendous success. Congratulations to all staff at MINS, and thank you to all the parents who showed up!
Congratulations to our Mushuau Innu Natuashish School girls' volleyball team who captured their first ever gold medal at the 2018 Fall Sports Meet held in Hopedale, NL during the weekend of October 17th, 2018. Our girls will compete at the 2A Regionals in Northwest River in late November. GO SHAMANS!
